  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not pass our internal verification process.

  • Signature Required on Delivery

  • Adult Signature may be required for high-value items

  • No alternative carriers will be used unless agreed upon in writing.

  • All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value while in transit.

  • Insurance covers loss or damage during shipment

  • Insurance coverage ends once FedEx confirms delivery

  • DELIVERY TIME
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by FedEx and are not guaranteed.
  • YAR Jewelry and Watches is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Acts of God

  • Customs or security checks (if applicable)

  • RISK OF LOSS
  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once FedEx confirms delivery.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but claimed missing:

  • The customer must contact FedEx directly

  • We will assist with documentation but are not liable for theft after delivery

  • INCORRECT ADDRESS
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not refundable

  • Returned packages may be subject to reshipping or handling fees

  • REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
  • Packages refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees

  • Reshipping costs

  • Order cancellation at our discretion

  • PACKAGE INSPECTION

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
